New Years Eve Dinner 2020

New Year Eve Dinner at the Resort from 6 pm we have Smoke and Mirrors playing 2020 the night away.

Set menu for or $70 per person including a beer, wine glass or sparkling.

• Tempura prawn tacos, avocado, pickled red onion, huancaina sauce, jalapeno, lime.
• Roasted cauliflower salad, pine nuts, green beans, Spanish onion, currants, yogurt tahini dressing.
• Spicy marinated buffalo wings
• Fillet of Atlantic Salmon, pan-seared, with chips and salad  
• Pork ribs coated in our sweet spicy sauce, chips, and coleslaw  
• 300gm scotch fillet cooked to your liking, chips, salad, choice of sauce 
• Cheesecake, lime sorbet, almond crumbles  
• Chocolate ganache tart, roasted peanut biscuit, peanut butter mousse.
